Whale Bow combines the familiar support of Whale with the flyer’s bow-shaped body position. The base supports the flyer with his feet around her shoulder blades, just as in a regular Whale, while the flyer holds her ankles and maintains the backbend.
The result is a familiar support position with a completely different body shape. In the Bowcycle, Whale Bow appears as one of the intermediate positions as the point of support continues to travel around the flyer’s body.
