The 1-step rotisserie is a truly special technique. It’s not widely known — I was surprised when I discovered it myself, and I consider it a real challenge to try. With each step, the flyer rotates a full turn, alternating between the base’s legs. This means the flyer ends up in regular inside star and regular outside star positions one after the other. These two poses keep alternating throughout the sequence.
