Croc is an advanced pose that requires strength, body awareness, and solid control from both base and flyer. The flyer supports part of the body on the base’s foot while gripping the base’s lower leg, creating a stable yet demanding horizontal position.
Although the pose may appear effortless, it relies heavily on core strength and precise body tension. Once the balance is found, Croc feels surprisingly stable, making it a rewarding pose to master.

The flyer can perform this pose with the legs together or in a slight straddle. Both variations create a clean and aesthetically pleasing line.
