There are several ways to move from Vishnu Couch to the same pose on the other side. The base can hold the flyer’s hands, the flyer’s feet, or neither, or even with a pop. Each variation offers a different experience, and it is worth exploring them in increasing levels of difficulty.
Every version consists of two transitions: the first leads from Vishnu Couch into an intermediate position, and the second continues from there to Vishnu Couch on the opposite side.

In this variation, the base holds the flyer’s hands and guides them from Vishnu Couch to the other side. The intermediate position is an Extended Straddle Throne.
In this variation, the base holds the flyer’s feet instead of the hands while guiding the movement from Vishnu Couch to the other side via Straddle Throne.
There is another variation of the foot-grip version. Here, the intermediate position is not Throne but a Cross, as the base switches to the other leg.Check the video for details!
