In this spectacular entry to handbird, the base performs a tiger roll over the flyer, who is lying on the ground with legs pointing straight up. While flying through the air, the base hooks the ankles the flyer’s ankles, catching them mid-motion. From there, the base pulls the flyer up into a handbird position, while the flyer performs a graceful backward roll.
A true showstopper — combining dynamic vaulting, precise ankle hooking, and a smooth lift into handbird.
