The Camel Pose is familiar to yogis and easy to perform on the ground. However, doing it while being held in the base’s hands is a much greater challenge. It starts from the Knee-2-Hands pose, but here, the flyer reaches back to hold her ankles and maintains the (Ustrasana) Camel Pose.
We start from Whale Pose, with the base holding the flyer’s knees and the flyer holding their own ankles. The flyer moves into Camel Pose, keeping their body tight, and the base transfers this stable pose into their hands, maintaining the balance. Danzaires Acroyoga Fernando Vizcaíno Carles
