From the throne pose, the base gives a small ‘pop,’ and the flyer stands up onto the base’s extended hands. Synchronization is crucial here—the flyer needs to make the most of the slight push the base provides with their legs.  Acrodicted com

Until you can hold the balance in reverse high foot-to-hand, it’s worth practicing this: the flyer uses momentum to stand up on the base’s extended hands and then immediately sits back down. You can gradually increase the time spent standing.

It’s a bit more challenging without momentum, as the flyer has to push up with strength to stand on the base’s extended arms.
