The flyer is holding the ankles of the base, and starts arching. The base bends her knees to her chest, so she can reaches the shoulders. Then the base can straighten her legs, the flyer puts one arm between the base-s legs, and grabs her ankle with both hands. One on each side of the base’s leg the other leg is up to the sky. The base point her toes to find balance.
